Deeplingo is an AI-powered platform that helps you prepare for the TCF Canada and TEF Canada French proficiency exams required for Canadian immigration. We offer realistic practice tests across all four skills — Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking — with instant AI feedback.

We cover both TCF Canada (Test de connaissance du français pour le Canada) and TEF Canada (Test d'évaluation de français). Both are accepted for Canadian immigration, IRCC applications, and provincial nominee programs.

Our tests are modelled closely on the official TCF and TEF formats in terms of question style, timing, and difficulty levels. However, they are practice tools and not official CIEP/AFD exams. Use them to build skills and identify weak areas.

The Basic (free) plan includes 10 practice tests per month across all skills. Your quota resets on the 1st of each month.

For Reading and Listening tests, the AI grades your answers and provides a CEFR level (A1–C2), your raw score, a summary of your mistakes, topics you should revise, and personalised study tips. For Writing and Speaking, the AI evaluates grammar, vocabulary, coherence, and pronunciation (speaking), then gives detailed feedback for each criterion.

Yes. Your test session is saved automatically in your browser. If you close the tab or navigate away, you can return to the same test page and continue where you left off — as long as you use the same browser and device.

In Exam Mode, the test is automatically submitted when the timer reaches zero — just like the real exam. In practice mode (Exam Mode unchecked), there is no time limit.

CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) levels range from A1 (beginner) to C2 (mastery). Your level is determined by the percentage of correct answers: A1 (<17.5%), A2 (17.5–30%), B1 (30–47.5%), B2 (47.5–67.5%), C1 (67.5–87.5%), C2 (≥87.5%). For TCF Canada immigration, most programs require at least B2.

All completed tests appear in My Results. You can filter by skill, exam type, and date. Detailed breakdowns including your score, mistakes, and AI feedback are available for each test.

The Score Over Time chart requires at least one completed test with a valid score. If you have submitted tests with no answers, or if all your tests were taken on the same day, the chart will show once data is available.

We offer three plans: Basic ($14.99/month — 10 tests/month + Speaking & Writing AI feedback), Premium ($29.99/month — 20 tests/month + all AI feedback + Progress Dashboard), and Unlimited ($59.99/month — 10 tests/day + everything in Premium plus AI tips for Reading & Listening). All plans include a 3-day free trial.

Yes. You can cancel from your Account page at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — there are no cancellation fees.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are assessed case by case. Contact us at support@deeplingo.ca.

Yes. New users get a 3-day free trial of the Premium plan automatically upon sign-up. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.

Deeplingo works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the Speaking test (audio recording), Chrome or Edge is recommended.

Make sure your browser has permission to play audio and that your device volume is on. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, switch to Chrome or Edge and contact support with your browser version and OS.

You can request account deletion from the Account page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
